At VEU, we are committed to providing our clients with absolute confidence in every purchase. With first-class expertise and industry experience, we guarantee the authenticity of every luxury item we sell.

Should a client ever wish to question the authenticity of a piece purchased from VEU, we welcome verification from other qualified and reputable third-party authenticators. If two or more authenticators determine the item to be inauthentic, we will personally review their findings and promptly issue a full refund.

We also accept returns within 7 days of purchase, issuing a store credit once the item is returned in the same condition as originally sold. Please note, returns will not be granted for change of mind.
